The Safe and Sober Program used to be called the 3-Hour Drug and Alcohol Program. (They serve the same purpose.)

This certificate is required for those who have a driver's license from another country and want to obtain a Maryland driver's license.

In 2024 you can now complete our course from anywhere in Maryland (or elsewhere) completely online. Your final test, 20-question multiple choice can be done virtually (we use google meets). We will mail out your certificate the same day of completion!
